This course is for experts and beginners to deepen their ability to act on stage or on camera in a radically expression of their unique personalities through an intensified physical presence.
Emphasis will be placed on controlled movement, vocalization and the ability to portray a wide dramatic range.

In this four-session group workshop, performers will learn the art of acting for the camera for film, TV and video art performances. Emphasis will be placed on blocking, facial expression and dramatic timing.

Maria Zervos
Meet your instructor
Maria Zervos is a visual artist and performer. She has directed more than 30 moving image projects and has taught performance to actors in the United States and in Europe.
Zervos currently teaches Performance and Physical Theater at the Ritsos Drama School as well as leading private masterclasses for groups and individuals in Monastiraki, Athens.
